Enquiry call
Allows you to call another telephone (internal or external) while on a call. You can:
  • return to the original call, putting the enquiry call on hold
  • cancel the enquiry call and return to the original call
If the enquiry call is not answered, cancel it.

Making an enquiry call
When you are connected on a call:
  1. press R (Connected call is put on hold, you hear holding dial tone)
  2. dial number you require
Reconnecting the original call
When you are connected on the enquiry call:
  1. dial code - R#1 ( Enquiry call is put on hold and you are connected to the original call)
You can switch between the two calls by redialling the code. Cancelling the enquiry call
When you are connected on the enquiry call:
  1. dial code - R##1 ( Enquiry call is cancelled and you are reconnected to the original call)
