Applying for service
  1. Visit our Customer Care Centre at Bishops Rooms in Jamestown and complete and sign an ‘Application for Telephone’ form
  2. Print out and complete this form
  3. Check deposits and rentals section for deposit requirement

Deposits and monthly rentals for business, residential, Government and dual

In line with our Credit Control Policy, deposits of £50 for IDD access and £15.00 for local calls only, may be required from the following:

  • Businesses established for less than 12 months
  • Non permanent residents
  • Expatriate contract personnel
  • Unemployed persons
  • Outstanding debtors list customers

Faults
Faults on all Cable & Wireless equipment and services should be reported to free call number 121. We offer 24 hour fault reporting service. Faults reported after 4pm, will be dealt with the following working day.
