International Direct Dialing (IDD) is the service by which all telephone, telefax and telex customers can call overseas direct, without going through operators.
The Operator Assisted service connects you to an overseas number by one of our international telephone operators.
The Collect Call Operator Assisted service allows you to be connected to an overseas number, and where the receiving party accepts to pay for the call. Similarly, the Credit Card service allows you to be connected and have the call charges passed on to your credit card account.
