What is a top up card?
The top up card is a "scratch card" which contains specific value that enables you to top up your Cable Prepaid account. It has a 6-digit Serial Number and 12-digit PIN (under a scratchable foil) printed behind the Top Up Card, which you will be prompted to enter when you top up your Cable Prepaid account by calling 110 with your Cable Prepaid. After the top up process, the face value of your Top Up Card will automatically be credited into your Cable Prepaid account. Your Cable Prepaid mobile phone number will remain unchanged after top up so that you can be contacted at the same number at all times.

How does cable prepaid work for you?
To make or receive calls, simply slot your Cable Prepaid SIM Card* into your mobile phone as instructed in your mobile phone operational manual. Next, you should top-up your Cable Prepaid using the Top-Up card in your Starter pack**. You will then be able to make or receive calls.

All outgoing call charges will be deducted from the stored-value in your Cable Prepaid account. When the value runs low, you can top up your Cable Prepaid account by simply purchasing a Top Up Card from our authorised Top Up Card dealers.

* Your SIM card is your key to the Cable Prepaid It is linked to your Cable Prepaid mobile phone number and PIN and also contains other important information.

** Your starter pack contains everything you need to get going with Cable Prepaid:
  • the user guide including our terms & conditions of service
  • your new mobile number
  • your Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card
  • a call credit voucher of the value of SR 200/

Note:
  • you have to make one chargeable call every 60 days. If 60 days pass and you fail to make a chargeable call, your service will be suspended for 7 days. During these 7 days, you will need to top up with any voucher denomination if you wish to reactivate your full service for another 60 days. If after 7 days you have not topped up, your service will be terminated, your mobile number will be withdrawn and your remaining balance will be lost.
