How do I retrieve messages?
A: You can retrieve your messages from your mobile phone by simply dialling 101, or from any other phone by dialling 102.

Am I alerted to new messages?
A: Cable Mobile VoiceMail not only notifies you of new messages, it indicates the latest number of new messages in the mailbox. This way, you will know how many new messages you have in your mailbox and thus be reminded to clear them before your mailbox is full.

A: Your mailbox number is your 6-digit mobile phone number.

A: We do not recommend that you use your VoiceMail when you are roaming because of the incompatibility between the systems.

How can I read my VoiceMail when overseas?
A: You would need to make a call back to Seychelles to read your mailbox. Please note that International Access Codes, Country Code is +248 511511. Also note that you will be charged for and international call for the duration of the call.

How long are my messages kept on the VoiceMail?
A: Every voice message will be kept for 5 days after which they will be automatically erased.
