- Managed Exchange - the core service, targeted at enterprise customers with 2000 to 25,000 mailboxes.
- Secure Managed Exchange - providing a sector-specific public sector service that sits within Cable&Wireless Worldwide ‘restricted' or ‘secure' data centres and networks. It can benefit from a shared service and scale to hundreds of thousands of users.
- Managed BlackBerry - designed for customers using BlackBerry for mobile email, to simplify their entire email infrastructure.
- Unified Email Management - an additional service that enhances archiving, continuity, security and policy management. Unified Email Management is powered by Mimecast.
- Application Services - a range of enhancements including Portal Administration to lower the costs of ‘moves, adds and changes'; Lotus Notes migration; Sharepoint Portal for collaboration, and Unified Communications, based on Cisco and Microsoft.
