David Lowden
Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee
David Lowden was appointed as a Non-executive Director of the Company and a member of the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees on 21 July 2011. David was appointed Chairman of the Audit Committee on 13 September 2011. David is also a Non-executive Director of Berendsen PLC and William Hill plc, and chairman of a privately owned company, Rice2 Limited. Prior to this, David held the position of chief executive of Taylor Nelson Sofres PLC from 2006 to 2010 having previously held the positions of chief operating officer and group finance director for that company. David also held the position of group finance director of Asprey plc. David has held senior financial positions within international companies including A.C. Nielsen and Federal Express.
