Nomination
The Nomination Committee is chaired by John Barton and the other members are David Lowden, Penny Hughes and Clive Butler. John Barton will not chair any meeting at which his own successor as Chairman is under review; such meetings will be chaired by the Senior Independent Director. In accordance with the recommendations of the Combined Code, the majority of the members of the Nomination Committee are independent Non-executive Directors.
The Nomination Committee will review the balance of Cable&Wireless Worldwide Board membership and the required blend of skills, knowledge and experience by considering its structure, size and composition.
