As a business, we use screen-based media more and more to communicate with our customers, and with each other.
Screen media also has the major advantage of being able to offer moving images and animation, sound and interactive elements. This makes our communications more compelling and attractive to our target audiences.
We need to ensure that all our collateral is consistent in the way that it uses our brand system and our creative platform, and that each item - whether web-based, CD-based or video - is created to the same high standards.
The internet has already transformed the way in which we do business, and it will continue to be the platform on which we build much of our communications into the future.
This section covers most areas that represent our screen-based collateral. Before designing items, you should also read our creative platform and our style guidelines for use of language.
Use of trademarks
A trademark line should be used on every piece of collateral that has a Cable & Wireless signature, as follows:
Copyright © 2003 Cable & Wireless plc. All rights reserved. 124 Theobalds Road, London WC1X 8RX.
The text of the trademark line will change from market to market. Please ensure that you are using the approved version.
The trademark line should appear once at the base of each web page within cw.com. This should be linked to our full range of legal notices.
The trademark line should also appear in the credits of videos, demos or other interactive material. It does not have to appear on electronic stationery.
For further information and advice, please contact our brand team.
