| International Direct Dialling |

International Direct Dialling (IDD) service is offered on all Cable & Wireless owned direct exchange lines (DELs) with which you can call direct to most any country in the world without going via the international operator service.
PIN code access
Personal identification number (PIN) access service is another means for customers to call internationally who are not directly connected to the Cable & Wireless telephone exchanges. For example, customers living or working in the RAF camp at Travellers Hill and on the US Base, with a military extension, are able to have international access from their rooms or normal work telephone extensions.
Operator assisted service
Customers, who are without a dedicated Cable & Wireless telephone line to which direct dialling service can be applied, by calling 151, can make overseas calls via our International Telephone Operators.

‘Collect’ call service
Collect calling service is offered only when an agreement exists between Cable & Wireless Ascension and the distant country’s telecommunication administration, for the call charges to be collected from the called party.
Currently, collect calls are only available to/from the United Kingdom and St Helena.
You should call our International Telephone Operator on 151 for this service.
