Cable & Wireless is able to offer dial-up internet access over normal telephone lines to most business and residential customer areas around the island, with connection speeds up to 56kbps. This however is dependent on the speed of the modem and the performance of their computer system.
Customers residing in the RAF camp and on the US Base who have a military extension are also able to have a dial-up access either by obtaining a dedicated Cable & Wireless line or with the use of PIN access.

How to apply
Applying for dial-up service
- Customers should visit our Customer Care Centre at our main office in Georgetown to complete and sign an Internet ‘Application’ form.
- You may also complete the form provided below and send it to Customer Services in the local post
