Q. What are your opening hours?
A. Mon - Fri 08:00 to 16:30 hours (lunch break 12:30hrs - 13:30hrs)

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. Cheques made payable to Cable & Wireless and endorsed with guarantee card.
Visa, MasterCard or Euro Card - subjected to verification
Cash - all final bills must be paid in cash

Q. Where can I report bill queries?
A. 111 or visit our Customer Services Centre

Q. How will I know when my bill is due for payment?
A. The due date will be stated on the last page of your telephone bill

Q. How can I obtain service with Cable & Wireless?
A. Call 111 or visit our Customer Services Centre for an application form

Q. Where can I report any faults with my telephone or other services?
A. All faults should be reported on telephone number 121

Q. Where can I get support for my internet and email service?
A. Call our internet help desk on telephone 6700

Q. I do not have my own computer and would to access the internet, can you help?
A. Yes, we offer a coin operated internet bureau service at our main office and there are stand-alone Pubnet internet kiosks located around the island

Q. How can I find out a party’s local telephone number?
A. Dial Directory enquiries on telephone number 181. (You will be charged for the call) Telephone Directories are for sale at our main office

Q. Can I make collect calls from Ascension?
A. Yes but only to the U.K.

Q. I am using a telephone card phone booth and I can’t receive calls
A. Incoming calls cannot be accepted on the card phone Booths

Q. How do I dial out from Ascension?
A. You will need to dial International access code "00" + country code + area code + telephone number

Q. I am expecting an international call, what will the distant country party need to dial?
A. Their country’s international access code + Ascension Island code 247 + telephone number
