Bill payments should be paid at our Cashier Counter in Georgetown. It is important that you bring your bill with you when making payment.
Payments can be made by cash. Personal cheques should be made payable to Cable and Wireless plc, and the cheque must be endorsed with your guarantee card number and expiry date. We also accept payment by Visa, Mastercard or Eurocard and your card may be subjected to verification.
If you are leaving the Island your final bill must be paid at our office counter in cash.
