Best Distributor Selection (BDS) technology
Our patented Best Distributor Selection (BDS) technology allows end-viewers' requests to be directed to the most optimal Footprint server. By constantly monitoring the servers we have distributed around the world & being aware of the actual state of the internet in 'real time', BDS selects the 'best' server to deliver content after evaluating 'server load', 'traffic conditions' and the 'network location' of the end-viewer.

Security
Our servers are optimized, Y2K-compliant, security hardened, and posses denial of service (DoS) protection. Our network operations center personnel continuously monitor security bulletins issued by system vendors and constantly monitor the status of our servers, to ensure the integrity of our network.

We are the first Content Delivery Network to achieve certification from TruSecure's Managed Service Provider program (MSP). The MSP certification helps us reduce both electronic and physical risks, maintain customer privacy and improve security with methodologies based on extensive security expertise.

Third-party service level agreement
We offer customers a service level agreement (SLA) that web content delivered by our CDS will always be equal to - or faster than, content delivered by your origin server. Customers can directly monitor our performance from a web based interface, Our SLA is measured by an independent measurement agency 'Keynote Systems' who provide non-biased metrics to prove that we deliver on our performance pledge.
