STORM® COMES TO INDIA
STORM® is a multimedia communications platform offering on-demand, cloud based contact centre and unified communications solutions. Through STORM®, Cable&Wireless Worldwide is uniquely positioned to offer a new and improved outsourced contact centre solution. It’s fully compatible with a range of customer communication media, including voice, SMS, MMS, email, Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR). Although you can use each medium separately, STORM® allows you to combine them to create much more compelling communications.
STORM’s real-time management tools enables altering service flows and view converged reports on contact centre operations worldwide. Multi-channel communications capabilities and open architecture give STORM® the flexibility to integrate with existing infrastructure, avoiding the need to rip-and-replace systems.

We have announced the rollout of two new Ethernet services to add to our suite of global networking services for businesses and carrier customers. Ethernet Wireline (EWL) and Ethernet Virtual Private Network (EVPN) solutions will run on our Multi-Service Platform (MSP) - our global next-generation network.
The two solutions deliver a number of flexible options to customers across the network, such as Quality of Service (QoS) and the ability to 'burst' or exceed the allocated bandwidth if required. Besides strengthening C&W Worldwide's global ethernet networking solutions suite, these new ethernet solutions will enable it to deliver the ideal roadmap to meet customers' networking needs for next-generation network (NGN) services.
